If your organization requires separate invoices for each attendee, please contact Registration Services at magnetusersummit@atwm.ca for assistance before continuing with your package purchase. Note that all individuals must be from the same organization. Group packages provide the same access as a single conference pass with hands-on digital forensics learning, dynamic presentations and access to all networking events.
Registration details
The conference pass fee includes all sessions and meals (breakfast and lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday) during the conference, as well as attendance at our networking events. Accommodations and travel are attendee’s responsibility. If you need to submit a request for approval to attend, you can use this request template.
Attendees who register for pre-conference training courses will receive a full conference pass for free. The Training team will email you a registration code once you have completed your registration for pre-conference training. Accommodations and travel will still be the responsibility of the attendee.
Registrants who submit a cancellation request in writing to magnetusersummit@atwm.ca by 11:45 PM CT on February 10, 2027, will receive a full refund of any monies paid to attend Magnet User Summit, less a $49 USD administrative fee for single passes and $100 USD administrative fee for group packages. After this date, no refunds will be issued.
