Of course! As part of our agenda, we will include a Welcome Reception and a Customer Appreciation Event. More details on the agenda to follow.

We will be following all local ordinances with regard to health and safety. Magnet Forensics values the health of all Magnet User Summit attendees and is committed to providing a safe event. We encourage all event attendees to self-assess daily. We specifically ask that you do not attend if you are feeling unwell.

The Magnet User Summit event in Nashville will be the only opportunity for attendees in North America to join. At this time there are no additional events planned (though there will be other Magnet Forensics events hosted — so keep an eye out on the Events page for more information).

This fee includes all sessions and meals during the conference, as well as attendance at our networking events. Accommodations and travel are attendee’s responsibility. If you need to submit a request for approval to attend, you can use this request template.  

Attendees who register for pre-conference training courses will receive a full conference pass for free. Accommodations and travel will still be the responsibility of the attendee. 

Registrants who submit a cancellation request in writing to magnetusersummit@atwm.ca by 11:45 PM CT on March 15, 2024, will receive a full refund of any monies paid to attend Magnet User Summit, less a $49 USD administrative fee. After this date, no refunds will be issued. 

The Magnet User Summit attendee fee includes three days’ attendance at the conference and access to our lectures and hands-on lab content beginning at 2PM CT on Monday, April 15. Breakfast and lunch will be provided on Tuesday, April 16 and Wednesday, April 17. The attendee fee also includes access to our networking events. 

Yes! The special conference rate at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville Downtown (host hotel) is $289 USD + taxes and fees per night. Government and Law Enforcement attendees (with valid ID) can book at the host hotel at the per diem rate of $233 USD + taxes and fees per night. There is also a small block of rooms available at 1 Hotel Nashville at a rate of $349 USD + taxes and fees per night. Rooms can be booked at these rates during conference registration or in the Magnet User Summit Attendee Portal, based on availability at the time of request. 

  1. Hotel Change. Changes to your hotel reservation can be made in your Event Portal until 11:45PM CT on March 15, 2024. Change requests after this time can be done in writing to Registration Services at magnetusersummit@atwm.ca
  2. Hotel Cancellation. Hotel reservation cancellations and/or reduction in length of stay will be non-refundable after 11:45PM CT on March 15, 2024. 
  3. Hotel No Show. No shows will result in a cancellation penalty of all anticipated nightly charges. 
  4. Hotel Early Departures. Early departures will result in an early departure penalty of all anticipated nightly charges remaining upon checkout. 

Training

Yes, we offer pre-conference training for the standard cost of the course. You can register for the courses directly from the conference training tab.

You will be eligible to receive a few CPE credits by taking part in our hands-on labs at Magnet User Summit 2024 in Nashville. To get up to 32 CPE credits, you will need to complete a pre-conference training course.

The event is intended for Magnet Forensics customers and members of the DFIR community—including digital forensic examiners, investigators, lab managers, law enforcement agents, corporate security analysts, and more. Attendance at Magnet User Summit 2024 is at the discretion of Magnet Forensics. 

Magnet Forensics reserves the right to review and reject registrations or refuse admittance to any individual for any reason, including, but not limited to, inappropriate language or behavior, risk to the intellectual property rights of Magnet Forensics (including attendance by competitors), or any other reason which, in Magnet Forensics’ sole opinion, may interfere with Magnet User Summit. 

Magnet User Summit 2024 sessions will not be recorded, and slide availability will vary by presenter.
